To use this service, media representatives should indicate their accommodation address while in Kazan — an official media hotel, and date and time of their arrival and departure in the Accreditation System.
The advantages of staying at an official media hotel are its location in the city center and organized transfer from the hotel to the competition and ceremony venues during the Games.
Media representatives may choose any other location for their stay in Kazan. However, it should be taken into account that in this case the Organizers do not provide assistance in booking and consultations regarding room categories.
The schedule of the media shuttle, as well as the routes, will be available on the website later.
Upon collection of a badge, media representatives will be provided with a card enabling them to use public transport (metro, tramways, trolley buses, buses), except for taxi, free of charge in the lead-up to and during the Games.
Additionally, the LOC can provide the contacts of the transport company for car rental.
Each Games venue will have dedicated parking spots for Media.
The Main Media Center will be located on Floor 3 of the Kazan Tennis Academy and will feature:
• welcome zone;
• media lounge;
• press conference room;
• interview room.
