To use this service, media representatives should indicate their accommodation address while in Kazan — an official media hotel, and date and time of their arrival and departure in the Accreditation System.
Accommodation
Media representatives are offered to stay at the official media hotels.

The advantages of staying at an official media hotel are its location in the city center and organized transfer from the hotel to the competition and ceremony venues during the Games.

Media representatives may choose any other location for their stay in Kazan. However, it should be taken into account that in this case the Organizers do not provide assistance in booking and consultations regarding room categories.
Transportation
On days of competition, shuttles will be provided for the registered media to travel from the official media hotels to the competition and ceremony venues. Access to shuttles for official media representatives will be carried out based on a badge.

The schedule of the media shuttle, as well as the routes, will be available on the website later.

Upon collection of a badge, media representatives will be provided with a card enabling them to use public transport (metro, tramways, trolley buses, buses), except for taxi, free of charge in the lead-up to and during the Games.

Additionally, the LOC can provide the contacts of the transport company for car rental.

Each Games venue will have dedicated parking spots for Media.
Catering
During the day, in the media centers at the Games venues, beverages will be available, including hot and cold drinks and light snacks.
