The registration procedure is handled by one responsible person (Registration Contact) nominated by each delegation.
Registration is carried online through the LOC Accreditation System. Please note that no other methods of registration will be accepted.
Login and password, as well as the Registration Manual are sent to the email of the Registration Contact.
If you are a Registration Contact, but has not been provided the access to the LOC Registration System, please send your request to Delegation.Services@sokazan2022.com.
REGISTRATION STEPS AND DEADLINES
- Filling out a Quantitative Entry Form indicating the number of athletes and coaches for sports events, indicating the number of officials (Head of Delegation, Assistant Head of Delegation, Medical Staff)
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: no later than April 1, 2021
- Filling out Individual Entry Forms for each member of the delegation, indicating personal data and personal photos
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: no later than April 12, 2021
- Filling in information about arrivals and departures
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: no later than April 25, 2021
Badges are provided to the participants that have duly and successfully undergone the registration.
It is highly recommended for the responsible person to collect the originals of passports and documents for all members of the delegation in order to get the badges. The presence of athletes in the Credentialing Center is not required.
Information on the location and working hours of the Credentialing Center will be provided after the registration process is completed. Please follow the updates on the website later.
